You decide.
Join Club Rendezvous Calgary for a playful, interactive murder mystery designed to get people talking, laughing, questioning each other and making new connections.
Can you solve it?
The halls are quiet. The suspects are nervous. Everyone has a story. And somebody knows more than they're admitting.
Instead of standing across the room wondering how to introduce yourself, this event gives everyone an immediate reason to start talking.
Follow the evidence. Question your classmates. Compare stories. Look for inconsistencies.
Then decide who you think did it.
This isn't about sitting quietly and watching a show.
You become part of the mystery.
The event is structured to encourage guests to move around the room, introduce themselves, exchange information and work together.
No acting experience. No murder mystery experience. No problem.
You'll receive the information needed to participate and then work through the mystery by talking with other guests, examining clues and developing your theory.
You don't need to memorize a script or put on an Oscar-worthy performance.
Participate at your own comfort level, have fun with the scenario and use the mystery as an excuse to talk to people you may not otherwise have approached.
Somewhere in the room, the truth is waiting to be uncovered.
Please arrive early. Once the mystery begins, joining the game late may not be possible.
Themed outfits aren't required — but they definitely make the night more fun.

That's exactly why we're doing this.
The mystery removes the awkward “How do I start a conversation?” moment because everyone already has something to talk about.
Your opening line is practically written for you:
“So... who do you think did it?”
From there, the conversation can go wherever it goes.
Club Rendezvous events are designed around connection, interaction and giving open-minded adults opportunities to meet naturally.
New members, longtime members, singles and couples all share the same environment.
Adults of all genders and sexual orientations are welcome at Club R events.
There is never an expectation to do anything beyond what feels right for you.

It is an interactive social mystery where guests gather clues, question other participants and work to identify the person responsible for a fictional crime.
Yes. The event is specifically designed to help guests meet and interact naturally by giving everyone a shared mystery to solve.
Doors open at 6:30 PM. The mystery begins at 7:00 PM sharp, so please arrive early enough to check in, get comfortable and grab a drink.
We strongly recommend arriving before the mystery begins. Because the event is interactive, late arrivals may have difficulty joining once the investigation is underway.

No, but themed attire is encouraged. Guests can choose school-inspired, collegiate, nerdy, teacher, varsity or upscale Club R nightlife looks.
