The CLUB R Opposition Has Been Closed
The Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) has officially confirmed that no formal Statement of Opposition was filed in the trademark matter involving Toys "R" Us Canada.
The opposition proceeding has been closed, and our CLUB R trademark application can now move forward toward registration.
