This is a standard trademark application matter currently being addressed through the appropriate legal channels.

Club R is a commonly used short form of Club Rendezvous®, a private members lifestyle brand operating in a completely different industry with a distinct audience, service model, and environment.
We do not believe there is any realistic likelihood of confusion between our brand and any unrelated industries.
The Club R brand has been developed independently, in good faith, and as part of a long-standing, established business.
Club Rendezvous® is a private members club offering curated nightlife, social experiences, and Club R Signature Events™ — structured, intentionally designed events that create a more refined and elevated environment.
Our focus is on providing a respectful, consent-driven space for open-minded adults through professionally managed, licensed operations.
All Calgary operations and events continue as normal.
Our Edmonton expansion remains in development and on track.
