Club R Signature Events™
These guidelines are designed to maintain a safe, respectful, and elevated environment for all members of Club Rendezvous®.
Club R Signature Events™ are structured, curated, and intentionally designed — and these rules ensure that experience remains consistent, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.

Core Club Rules

18+ Members Only – Membership and approved profile required

Consent is Mandatory – Clear, verbal consent required at all times

No Unauthorized Photography or Recording – Photography, video recording, or audio recording of members is prohibited unless specifically authorized by Club R

Smart Glasses & Camera-Equipped Eyewear – Prescription glasses using smart frames or other camera-equipped eyewear may be worn when required for vision; however, a Club R security sticker must be placed over the camera lens before entering member areas

Discretion is Required – What happens here stays here

No Harassment – Immediate removal for disrespectful behavior

Dress to Impress – Clean, upscale attire required

Respect the Environment – Clean up and treat the space properly

No Drugs or Illegal Activity – Zero tolerance policy

Alcohol Policy – Licensed venue, no outside alcohol permitted
Phones, Cameras & Smart Glasses
Protecting member privacy is one of Club R's highest priorities. Unauthorized photography and recording are strictly prohibited.
Prescription Smart Glasses:
Members who require prescription glasses are not required to remove corrective eyewear simply because the frames contain smart technology or a built-in camera.
If prescription smart glasses or other prescription camera-equipped frames are worn inside Club R, a Club R security sticker must be placed over the camera lens so the camera cannot be used while inside member areas.
The security sticker must remain in place while the glasses are being worn inside the club. Removing, altering, bypassing, or tampering with the security sticker while inside the venue may result in removal from the event and/or membership review.
No recording. No exceptions to member privacy.
