Club Rendezvous® Rules & Guidelines
Club R Signature Events™
Club Rendezvous® is a private, members-only club centred on the swinger lifestyle. These rules set expectations for membership, attendance, consent, privacy, and conduct.
Our community includes swingers and adults exploring consensual non-monogamy. Members of all identities and orientations are welcome, provided they respect the club’s focus, other members’ boundaries, and applicable club and event policies.
Consent • Respect • Discretion
Membership & Admission
- 18+ members only: Membership registration and an approved profile are required. Follow the club’s age-verification procedures.
- Advance tickets required: Arrange membership registration and the appropriate event ticket before arrival. No walk-ins.
- Choose the correct ticket: Review each event’s description, ticket categories, and attendance requirements before purchasing. Do not purchase a different category to bypass a sold-out ticket type.
- Event availability varies: Membership does not guarantee admission or ticket availability. Single-men tickets are limited depending on the event.
- Couple and group tickets: Follow the check-in requirements stated in the ticket description, including arriving together where required.
Consent & Personal Boundaries
- Ask first: Clear, freely given verbal consent is required before touching someone or joining an activity.
- Consent is ongoing: Consent applies to the specific activity agreed to and may be withdrawn at any time. Stop immediately if someone says no, withdraws consent, or appears unsure.
- Never assume: Membership, attendance, clothing, relationship status, previous participation, or entering a play area does not establish consent.
- No pressure: Socializing is always welcome. Nobody is required to participate in intimate activity or explain why they decline.
- Respect capacity to consent: Someone who is asleep, unconscious, or too intoxicated to make a voluntary decision cannot consent.
- Report concerns promptly: Tell staff immediately if you experience or witness a consent concern, harassment, or unwanted behaviour.
Privacy, Phones & Recording
Photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited during member events. Do not photograph, film, or record other members.
- Camera stickers: Where phones and camera-equipped smart glasses are permitted, their cameras must be covered with the club’s tamper-proof security stickers.
- Keep stickers in place: Do not remove, alter, bypass, or tamper with security stickers while inside member areas.
- Follow staff instructions: Ask staff at check-in if you are unsure whether a device is permitted or needs a security sticker.
- Respect confidentiality: Do not share another member’s identity, attendance, personal information, or private interactions without their permission.
Upstairs Play Area:
Phones and recording-capable devices are not permitted upstairs in the play area. A camera sticker does not override this restriction.
Ordinary prescription glasses are permitted. If you rely on prescription smart glasses or camera-equipped corrective eyewear, speak with staff before entering so your vision needs and the device restrictions can be addressed.
No photography. No recording. Respect every member’s privacy.
Conduct, Dress & Venue Etiquette
- No harassment or abuse: Threats, intimidation, bullying, unwanted contact, and repeated unwanted approaches are not acceptable.
- Dress for the event: Clean, upscale, and theme-appropriate attire is expected. Review the event page for specific dress requirements.
- Respect the space: Clean up after yourself and treat the venue, furnishings, and equipment with care.
- Respect staff: Follow staff instructions and raise concerns calmly and respectfully.
- No illegal drugs or illegal activity: These are not permitted inside the venue.
- No outside alcohol: Our Calgary venue has a licensed bar. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Website & Community Guidelines
- No harassment, threats, bullying, or abuse.
- No unauthorized promotion of other clubs or events.
- Profile information must be accurate and respectful.
- Profile photos must comply with the website’s photo and visibility requirements.
- Do not repost another member’s private photos, messages, or personal information without permission.
- Respect boundaries online just as you would inside the club.
Refunds & Ticket Credits
We require a minimum of eight hours’ notice before the event start time for a refund or ticket credit. Requests received within eight hours of the event are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Addressing Rule Violations
Violations may result in staff intervention, removal from an event, or membership suspension or revocation, depending on the circumstances. Consent violations, harassment, threats, and unauthorized recording are taken seriously.
If something makes you uncomfortable or you need assistance, speak with staff promptly so we can respond.
